“The” art show of the season was on Friday night at the DeYoung Museum.

The annual Young at (He)Art Art Show exhibits the art of SFUSD students as well as students from other K-12 SF schools and art programs.

The artists were surrounded by parents, siblings and grandparents taking photos of the artist next to his/her artwork. In English, Cantonese. Spanish and Vietnamese, the artists’ entourages were saying the same thing, “What a wonderful painting! And we are so proud of you.”
