John is running in District 11 to bring his experience and vision to support San Francisco’s working families. He is a long-term community member, a father of public school children and partner to Karen Zapata, 3rd grade teacher at Monroe Elementary.
As a legislative aide, social justice, labor and community organizer John has worked to bring equity to our neighborhoods. He brings the rare combination of skills, experience and corazón that would be invaluable to a district supervisor.
