Prop D sank to a new low by sending out a mailer with a picture of a woman who had a black eye. Since Prop D is purportedly about patient care at Laguna Honda, one might think she was a patient there who had been attacked. But no. She is an actress, and worse, they photo-shopped the black eye. See this stock photo of the woman on the mailer prior to her attack by a photo-shop.

I saw that one. I meant to scan it and post it to Calitics, but I never got around to it. It’s really a classy one. I’ve been mostly focusing on the Nevin/Yee ones because they are so ludicrous. But this one sure is a doozy.

Hey, how about that savior of the Left in SF Matt Gonzalez sponsoring this despicable campaign. Not so saintly, hunh? I don’t give a damn how hip - and unwashed and groaty - he is, if he’ll line up with pigs like O’Donahue, what does that say about him. Too cocky for words, I think. How does tired old Tom Ammiano look to you ultra-leftisits now? He’d never stoop to this BS.

Come now, Buck, have some pity for poor Matt. Here he is in bed with Joe O’Donoghue, giving it his all, and O’Donoghue’s still displaying his sexual obsession with Robert Haaland, for all the world to see. Matt must feel cuckolded. Poor fellow.

I haven’t seen that mailer…I’d love to get a copy for the Disinfo Rehab archive I have up at my site at http://www.gregdewar.com . I moved before the election so I’m not on any of the “mail till ya puke” targeted direct mail lists like I usually am.

If you go into the file in Acrobat Reader, you can select and copy regions to the clipboard. You can then paste that into Paint or something like that and save as a JPG.

Hey, isn’t the real question whether or not the injuries to Laguna Honda residents that is the subject of the piece true or not? If it is true, isn’t it more sleazy to suggest otherwise by distracting people with claims that a photo was manipulated? What is the point here?
