Anyhoo...2005 is looking like a sleepy election cycle for candidates seeking elected office in Frisco (that's right, I said it!!). Dennis Herrera should be a lock to retain his post as City Attorney. The same can be said for Jose Cisneros who was appointed to replace Susan Leal as the City's Treasurer/Tax Collector. At this point in the game, there aren't many people beating the doors down over at the Department of Elections to challenge either Cisneros or Herrera.
