Schwarzenegger backed off his plan to privatize pension funds. His decision came on the heels of another poll which confirmed what two prior polls suggested-Schwarzenegger is losing his appeal. Update: An analyst on the evening news agreed that Schwarzenegger's decision was probably based on polls. He even compared Schwarzenegger to former Governor Davis. Guess being a cash register politician is starting to hurt him.
