Convention Gossip on Teng's replacement

Sasha is right to be concerned about who replaces Teng. We could easily end up with someone who isn't interested in fighting at the Assessment Appeals Board when these big corporations look for tax breaks.
The name I'm hearing down here is Bill Lee.
