Arnold is afraid of Labor. Rightly so.

Our Governor is afraid of Labor. He knows that labor is an effective fighting force against his agenda and he wants to silence labor by making it illegal for members of unions to give money to their unions for political purposes.

It is illegal for unions to use membership dues for political purposes. But a member can voluntarily give political money out of their paycheck to their union to fight Arnold's agenda.

The California Teachers Association used this type of money to pay for ads that critiqued the Governor on his takeaway from education. As a result of the ads, Arnold's poll numbers dropped. When Arnold tried to "reform" pensions, firefighters, cops, and teachers came out swinging as well and brought Arnold to his knees.

With an upcoming election in 2006, the Governor wants to destroy Labor so that he can win. Arnold is afraid of Labor....
