Inside the jury room

The East Bay Express published an article this week written by a juror who served on the first Gwen Araujo trial which is disturbing but provides insight into why the jury could not reach a verdict. However, considering that the judge in the case issued a gag order on the attorneys in the case, it seems inappropriate that the article was published, especially at this time when jury selection is going on.
